Watermelon & Strawberry Delight Drink Recipe - तरबूज और स्ट्रॉबेरी डिलाईट रेसिपी

Watermelon & strawberry delight is lip smacking beverage especially for hot summer days made using watermelon fruit & strawberry ice cream. It is very quick to make & you can use homemade strawberry ice cream or ready made. Garnish this drink with basil seeds (sabja/tukmaria) & enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp sabja seeds/basil seeds/tukmaria soaked in 1/4 cup water for 20 min

1 cup watermelon - deseeded & cut in pieces

2 scoops strawberry ice cream

Ice cubes as required

SERVES: Makes 2 glasses of watermelon & strawberry delight (200ml)

PREPARATION TIME: 5 Min

TOTAL TIME: 5 Min

* 1 CUP = 237 ML

METHOD:

1. Blend watermelon pieces & strawberry ice cream in mixer jar until smooth.

2. Pour ice cubes in 2 glasses.

3. Put 1 tsp soaked sabja seeds in glasses.

4. Pour watermelon & strawberry drink.

5. Garnish with soaked sabja seeds.

6. Serve immediately!
