INGREDIENTS:

1/2 onion roughly chopped
1-2 green chillies
1 tbsp raw peanuts (unsalted)
1/4 tsp cumin/jeera
1/2 tsp dry mango powder/amchur (Alternatively 2 tbsp raw mango chopped)
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1 tbsp oil
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 cup mint leaves/pudina
1 cup coriander leaves/hara dhaniya
Water as required

SERVES: Makes 115g Green Chutney
PREPARATION TIME: 5 Min
TOTAL TIME: 5 Min
* 1 CUP = 237 ML

METHOD:

1. Grind all the ingredients together in a mixer grinder to a smooth paste.
2. Check consistency - it should be like paste. Add water as required & grind again.
3. Transfer to an air tight bowl & store in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Use with your favourite farsan, chaat, sandwiches, etc.
