Ingredients:
4 Oreo Biscuits (powdered in grinder)2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Flour/Maida
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 & ½ Tbsp Oil
3 Tbsp Water
1 Oreo split in half for garnish (optional)
Serving: Makes 2 Cupcake size brownies
Preparation Time: 5 min
Baking Time: 1 min 30 sec
Method:
1. In a bowl mix, crushed Oreo, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, oil & water.2. Pour the batter in microwave greased safe bowl/mug or silicon moulds. Fill only upto ¾ of the size.
3. Microwave on high power for 1 minutes and 30 seconds. If not done, microwave more for another 20 seconds.
4. Garnish with Oreo pieces & enjoy with vanilla ice cream!
