Eggless Chocolate Chips Cupcakes Recipe - These cupcakes are easy to bake and probably you already have all the ingredients in your pantry. These cupcakes are moist and soft in the inside and you will not really feel the eggs missing in it. Enjoy these Eggless Chocolate Chips Cupcakes with a cup of hot chocolate milk!

INGREDIENTS:

1 & 3/4 Cups Flour/Maida
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
2/3 Cup Softened Yellow Butter
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk at room temperature
1/2 Cup Warm Milk
1 & 1/2 Tbsp White Vinegar
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Serving: 12 Cupcakes
Preparation Time: 15 mins
Baking Time: 25-30 mins
*1 Cup = 237 ml

METHOD:

1. Pre-heat oven at 190C/375F. Line the cupcakes mould with paper liners.
2. Mix flour, baking powder & butter with finger tips, till it feels crumbly in texture.
3. Add powdered sugar & vanilla essence. Mix lightly.
4. Add white vinegar to milk at room temperature.
5. Add baking soda to warm milk.
6. Mix both the milks quickly and add this to flour mixture.
7. Mix well in one direction using a whisker or electric beater. Make sure there are no lumps.
8. Add chocolate chips and lightly fold in the batter.
9. Fill the cupcakes mould till 3/4.
10. Bake at 190C/375F for 10 mins and then at 150C/302F for 15 mins. Keep an close eye as all oven work differently.
11. Once baked take out the tray and let it sit for 5 mins and then transfer to cooling rack.
12. Eggless Chocolate Chips Cupcakes are ready to serve.
