Flavoured Dry Fruits are delicious snack made at home using two different flavours - masala mint & Italian. They are apt for offering to guests coming at home or as any time crunchy snack. They can also be made to gift during festivals. It is very easy to make at home. In this recipe we have used Almonds, Cashew nuts & Pistachios, however, you can add or remove more dry fruits of your choice! Do try it today...

INGREDIENTS:

Masala Mint Flavour Dry Fruits

1 tsp mint powder
½ tsp pani puri masala
½ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp dry mango powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp ghee/butter/oil
Mixed dry fruits (almonds, sliced cashew nuts & pistachios)

Italian Herbs & Cheese Dry Fruits 

1 tbsp cheese powder (optional)
½ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp oregano
½ tsp mixed herbs / pizza seasoning
1 tsp red chilli flakes
¼ tsp dry mango powder
Salt to taste
Mixed dry fruits (almonds, sliced cashew nuts & pistachios)

SERVES: Approx 150g each of Masala Mint Flavour & Italian Herbs-Cheese Flavour Dry Fruits
PREPARATION TIME: 5 min
COOKING TIME: 6 min
TOTAL TIME: 11 min
* 1 CUP = 237 ML

METHOD:

Masala Mint Flavour Dry Fruits

  1. Mix mint powder, pani puri masala, cumin powder, dry mango powder, Salt to taste.
  2. In a pan roast mixed dry fruits with ghee/butter/oil on low flame for 2 min till golden brown.
  3. Switch off flame.
  4. Add mixed dry fruits in masala & mix. 
  5. Serve in glass bowl.
  6. Store in airtight container for up to 7 days.

Italian Herbs & Cheese Dry Fruits 

  1. Mix cheese powder, black pepper powder, oregano, mixed herbs / pizza seasoning, red chilli flakes, dry mango powder, salt to taste.
  2. In a pan roast mixed dry fruits with ghee/butter/oil on low flame for 2 min till golden brown.
  3. Switch off flame.
  4. Add mixed dry fruits in masala & mix. 
  5. Serve in glass bowl.
  6. Store in airtight container for up to 7 days.
